1st day of the School Age Program is Tuesday, September 2, 2025
Our School Age Program follows the Blackstone-Millville Regional School District Calendar
2025/2026 SCHOOL AGE PARENT HANDBOOK
- If the BMR School District has a delay to the start of their day, then the Club will close for the Before School Program, however our After School Program will operate its normal session.
- If the BMR School District is Closed due to inclement weather, then the Club will be closed and no programs will be operating.
- If there is a scheduled early dismissal, the Before School Program will operate its normal hours and the After School Program will be open at the early dismissal time until time of Closing.
Programs:
- Before School Program - This program meets Monday through Friday, opening at 7:00 a.m. to Bus Pick Up. Breakfast is available between 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. The fee is $285 per month.
- After School Program - This program meets Monday through Friday, from Bus Drop Off and closes at 6:00 p.m. Snack and homework help is offered. The fee is $375 per month.
- Before and After School Program combined: The fee is $440 per month.

- All registrants must be current BVBGC members; Memberships are $20 and renewed annually. This fee is in addition to the 1st payment. Please Note: Youth membership fees are non-refundable.
- Members will be billed on the first of the month. Payments made after the 5th of the month will be subjected to a late fee.
Transportation:
- Anyone is welcome to attend our programs, however, bussing is only provided to our Blackstone and Millville members.
To Register:
- Complete the 2025/2026 School Age Program Registration Form.
- Submit: School Age Program Registration form, a copy of the child's most recent immunizations and payment. Please allow 24 hours for forms to be processed.
- Incomplete paperwork will not be accepted.
- Methods of payment accepted: Cash, Check (payable to BVBGC), Credit Card.

- Summer Office Hours - Monday through Friday, 9:30-5:30pm (now to Friday, August 22nd)
- August 25th, 26th, 27th 28th, 2:00pm-5:30pm
- School Year Office Hours - starting Tuesday, September 2nd Monday through Friday, 2:00pm to 5:30pm
- ~If you cannot make it to our office during office hours, mail the School Age Program Registration form, a copy of the child's most recent immunizations and a check to: BVBGC, PO BOX 283, Blackstone, MA 01504
- Checks only accepted for this option. Make payable to: BVBGC.
- Our office will call you upon receiving your paperwork and payment.

2025-2026 middle school PROGRAM
ACCEPTING STUDENTS IN GRADES 6th and 7th
1st day of the Program is Tuesday, September 2, 2025 The Middle School Program meets Monday through Friday from bus drop off and closing at 6:00pm. The fee is $20 per month.
Activities Offered: Homework help and Hands-On Projects both inside and outside.
To Register: Complete and Submit the Middle School Registration form with fee.

Youth of the Year Scholarship Program
Every year, the Blackstone Valley Boys and Girls Club chooses one member to be our Youth of the Year. This national Boys and Girls Club program recognizes and celebrates leadership, academic success, good character and civic responsibility and engagement.This program is open to: high school seniors or those who attend a post high school educational program or vocational program and have been or are currently involved with the Blackstone Valley Boys and Girls Club.
Application
The Youth of the Year Winner has the opportunity to receive a $1,000 scholarship. Requirements for the scholarship are: The individual must plan to attend an accredited post high-school educational program or vocational program. The Scholarship will be dispersed when the winner shows completion of one semester and proof of registration of classes for a second semester. The scholarship must be used for tuition, books, and required academic fees.
