Board of Directors
The Board of Directors for the Blackstone Valley Boys and Girls Club is a volunteer board that meets once a month to discuss the business aspect of the Club. The Board is responsible for the financial management of the corporation. The Board’s duties and responsibilities include Annual Budget review and approval; establish policies and procedures for the operation of the corporation; provide direction and advice to staff and program development and assist with annual fund raising activities for the club. The Board’s goal is always to make the Blackstone Valley Boys and Girls Club “A Better Place For Kids”.
